The manual perpendicular shears NLR 150/1,6 are used for cutting the perpendicular clippings out
of the table semifinished product made of steel tinplates, nonferrous metals and other even qualities
suitable for cutting. The suitable places for their utilization are first of all locksmith's and
repair shops and tinsmith's workshop.
The shears are fixed on the working stand by the screws. The shear power is inferred by manual
lever through the eccentric shaft. Cutting length and cutting angle are constant in both rectangular
axes. The cutting starts from the link of the shears. The top blades are fixed to blades holder
fixed to the shearing girder with which they move. The lower blades are fixed to the shear table. On the
working table are situated the back stops and measuring rulers. Stops setting is secured by step along the
whole length by clamping screws. Shearing clearance setting is performed by a pressing of screw between
the upper blades holder and shearing girder. Before the manipulation with the pressing off screw the release
of the clamping screws of the blades holder is necessary.
