Hand bending machine (XO, XK) is a simple machine for sheet bending with reset table
working table. It is used in repair shops, locking and tinning workshops, maintenance
workshops, etc. The bender is used for the bending of tinplates at an acute angle as well
at a different radius of bending according to the type of the used tool. The massive casting
construction of the machine secures considerable bend accuracy. Lifting and lowering of the
upper grip is carried out by means of the manual wheel through the conic transmission. The
bending grip is swivellingly hanged and balanced by the counterweight. The bend width stop is
used for bends of the same width. Stop to the equal angle allows bending of the same angle. Standard
equipments: upper ruler 45° and lower obtuse ruler.

The manual combined sheet bender XOCS 1000/1 is destined for sheet processing in the tinsmith's
workshops, at building sites, it is suitable for maintenance. It enables sheet bending with max.
width 1 000 mm up to an angle of 135° and its cut-off. The upper part moves in the stand guide and it is
vertically adjustable by excenter by which the gripping or the releasing of the material is possible. The
sheet is gripped by the upper movable part to the fixed stand and by the front bending punch is performed
a bending. During the shearing the sheet is pushed against the stand by the upper part and the shear is
performed at the back part by the shear ram. The blades are sharpened vertically. Easy dismantling into
three pieces enables the machine transfer to the new workplace.
